Can anyone tell me if the MD802 will read a Chrysler transmission?  Ive heard it wont.   Dont want to spend $1000+ for the 702.

Hi, please refer to Chrysler funtion list of MD802 4 systems. Transmission can be supported on some car models. Thanks!

Thanks for the document.  I reviewed it and it said a 2012 unknown van is supported.  ill assume this is a town and country.  Anyway, I plug in to a 2012 town and country and I get the generic cant connect error.    I havent updated it yet because I can still return it to where I bought it if it hasnt been updated.  If i update it will that alloow it to connect to the tcm.  Also it takes a long time to enumerate the different screens upwards of 5 minutes or more.

So I update chrysler to the latest offering (V3) in the update program, and i still cant see the TCM on an 2012 town and country.  The func list says its supported.  Also I cant see the FDCM  (final drive control module) for an 04 Grand Cherokee.  Now what?

Hi, for 2012 town and country TCM, you can find it in Powertrain - Engine. Please try.
For 04 Grand Cherokee, please process Auto Scan and you can see all the systems on the car supported by MD802.
Kindly be noted that MD802 cannot support systems that need to connect via CCD connector. Thanks!
